For School Administrators, Instructional Leadership Teams Create systems and protocols that make your plan a true, actionable guide for improvement efforts. During our time, we will: - Map school improvement/growth goals to the strengths and roles of the team - Identify the tools that will be used to monitor the plan to ensure it is implemented excellently (data protocol, tracking mechanism) - Determine multiple ways to communicate progress throughout the year to all stakeholders - Plan celebrations.
