Service Description

For new or restructured administrative teams (principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, deans, etc.) Unify and empower administrative teams by establishing shared norms, practicing relational leadership, and aligning individual and team strengths to advance school improvement goals. - Who are we as Leaders? - What do we need to function well? (Psychological safety, feedback culture, communication timelines) - How conflict avoidance can erode culture. - How can we maximize the strengths of our team to achieve our school improvement goals?
